Perquisite Analysis
The Garfield Consulting Group, being a "fee for service" organization, is not
involved in the product delivery system. We analyze the costs and appropriate utilization
of various insurance programs. As a result, we have redefined the basics of cost and
utilization within an employee benefit program. We work with a network of product
providers to recommend the best coverage and cost for the client.
Additionally, we administer cafeteria compensation plans under Section 125 of the
Internal Revenue Code. Such plans are the administrative responsibility of the
professional staff. We proceed by analyzing the census data of an employee group and
calculating the actual savings that can be utilized through the various recommended
changes and utilization under the internal revenue code section.
